We had a bit of an issue the last few days about emails coming in and getting lost! It was a weird SSL thing but it's fixed now and we've got all hands on deck fixing your problems! Please give us a day or two to get through all these, and sorry for the inconvenience!

Last night some dumb idiot ran a script that flooded the help desk with thousands of tickets. If you have a ticket in it might take a bit longer for us to get back to you while the system parses and purges all these n00b haxx tickets.
