Things are still moving slowly. With the pandemic still not under control, we continue to operate with safety as our primary concern. This means one person in a warehouse at a time, and orders taking up to 8 days to ship our. This, in addition to slowdowns at the USPS, means you rorder may take a few extra days in transit as well. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return a brand-new item within 90 days of the ship date (unwashed and otherwise unmolested) for a refund you totally can!  

Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Submit a help desk ticket first. There may be a solution that does not require any extra effort on your part.
  2. Print your receipt or order confirmation or write a note of what you want us to do. Be sure to include your order number with this.
  3. Send your items to:

  4. We'll refund you as soon as we can. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  5. Please be patient when dealing with Returns. It’s not an automated system and we've usually only got one or two days a week to handle these. If you've got a tracking number for your return (which we totally suggest you get) please send us that number using a ticket on the help desk so that both of us can keep an eye on it should it go missing in transit.  


That is NOT how we do exchanges here at Topatoco. Any items sent to this address WILL be refunded, not exchanged for other items. Please see our pages on Exchanges for how that process works, or contact us on the help desk for details.  

Please note that we cannot accept back clothing items that have been washed or worn, or any items that have been written upon or in. Nor can we make any refunds after 90 days from the ship date. Mystery Items are not eligible for refunds.
